Kuta beach nightlife - what to do at night in kuta beach

Kuta is home to various entertainment bars, venues, and pubs that cater to those looking for fun nighttime diversions. The clubbing scene here usually starts mainly at near midnight and flowing well into the early hours.

Bars, clubs and pubs, in hotels or as stand-alone establishments, feature their own array of live bands, house DJs or regular guest performers. National and international solo artists and different bands often fill the agendas and some of these venues also showcase 'fashion shows' to spice up the scene.

In addition to the in-venues, some of Kuta's prominent restaurants also serve at late night venues as dinners linger with various kinds of entertainment.

1.Sky Garden Lounge:

It is a revolutionary enterprise that taught night owls just how great time spent on a soaring rooftop can be.

With a wide range of different venues where you can hang out, dine and drink, the complex’s top floor is where everybody heads first, with great value buffets, cold beers and funky beats spanned by a live DJ. Only a short stroll from Legian Memorial, this always-busy venue open at 18:00 until late.

Moreover, its amazingly priced 50,000Rs all you can eat nightly buffets with free flow beers keep the crowd coming back. Taxis are the fastest way to get to Sky Garden, but if you’re staying at a hotel in Legian, it is easy enough to walk there.

Heading south from the memorial, the massive building with edges showing neon lights are hard to miss. Past Vi Ai Pi Club and across the road from the Macaroni Club, the 61Legian entertainment complex stands out from the crowd.

At the main entrance, two usher girls greet us and show us the upstairs. If you make your way up you can check out the different venues on each level that the complex has to offer – a total of eight pubs and clubs under one roof.

Opening Time: 18:00 - late

Address: 61 Legian Entertainment Complex, Jalan Legian 61, Legian

2.Bounty Discotheque in Bali

It is the legendary and hottest nightlife spot in Kuta, famous for its wet wild parties mostly attracts a young crowd of ‘schoolies’ and Aussies looking for a place to go on the late night ‘mutiny’ and get loose and get down.

Also known as the ‘Bounty Ship’, this one-stop entertainment complex is complete with an expansive discotheque, restaurant, and bar where you can enjoy booze with fashion shows and DJs who converge to provide thrilling sights and sounds.

As Bali’s premier discotheque, Bounty is a must-visit, for at least once, on your after-dark Legian adventures.

The Bounty’s exterior is inspired by the legendary ship, complete with its front structure resembles a hull and sail masts glowing with white LEDs, beckoning passersby on the street side for a fun ‘night cruise’.

Step inside here, and you will discover the fully air-conditioned hull interiors where you can order some booze at one of the three bars, from cold beers starting at IDR 50,000, to brightly-colored liqueurs and buckets of cocktails from IDR 60,000.

The venue is a sight of contrasts, and somehow slightly deliberate. Paddy’s Pub’s entrance is a Balinese-style gate decorated with parasols and statue, yet, the ‘temple’ buzzes with an interplay of colorful laser lights and thumping beats.
